Scooba Battery issues & solutions

· Q 1 : irobot scooba is not releasing water from the clean water Tank
· A1 : the brushes are bent , pry them a little towards each other

· Q2: irobot scooba is leaving water on floor after the cleaning cycle
· A2 : fully charge the battery , and let it complete the cycle

· Q3 : irobot scooba starts for a while and then stops
· A3 : change the Battery . If no go,
the problem may be in the Board or in the sensors
· Q4 : irobot scooba is not picking up any water and the dirty tank is dry
· A4 : fill the half way of the dirty and the clean tanks with salt water,
shake it wel  , and then rinse is with fresh water

· Q5: irobot Scooba floor cleaner "check tank" light stays on and keeps beeping
· A5 : Flush out the solution valve with water (aka "prime the pump").
          Use water,Also,
rinse your tank through the four ports on the *underside*-- one round,
two oval, one large and  curved, all four in a row.
Rinse them really thoroughly with warm water

 · Q6 : irobot Scooba that won't power on after being fully charged
· A6 : change the Battery , if not solved there might be a problem with the Power Button

· Q7 : irobot scooba doesn't leave water in the dirty tank after cleaning cycle
· A7 : rinse the four ports on the underside of the tank really thoroughly.

· Q8 : irobot scooba won't come water out , it works but doesn't emit water.
· A8 : Use a drinking straw to blow on the solution valve
(next to the battery under the tank).

· Q9 : irobot scooba is stuck on check tank indicator
· A9 : Find out the Solution Valve, Tp prime pump,
fit the end of the included suction bulb over the solution valve.
Push air through the pump system 3 or 4 times. Keep Scooba's suction bulb.
If Scooba is not used for 30 days or more,
you may need to re-prime Sooba's pump.
· Q10 : irobot scooba keeps telling me check tank
· A10 : use water instead of air to prime the pump.
Water is more effective. You'll have a little puddle under the robot if you've been successful.
Then rinse the tank through all four ports on the underside-- one round, two oval,
one large and  curved. All four are in a row at the bottom of the transparent area.
You'll probably  dislodge some clots of debris and sediment.
Then refill the tank and run the  robot.
