Scooba is powered by a rechargeable battery. Scooba's battery has a capacity corresponding to hundreds of cleaning cycles before needing to be changed.
Battery storage
For best results, iRobot recommends storing Scooba's battery in Scooba by plugging in the power cable. Do not store the battery in Scooba robot if it is not connected.
Battery life
Charge Scooba's battery fully (up to 4 hours) before each cleaning cycle. Once fully charged, Scooba's battery will keep for at least a complete cleaning cycle. You need to change the battery if not end completely Scooba cleaning cycle when it is loaded.
Trickle charge of 16 hours

n some cases, Scooba uses a specific load cycle of 16 hours in order to increase the battery life of Scooba.
